La
Administración
de la
Compañía está a cargo del Presidente y los Vicepresidentes,
quienes atienden las directrices que les fijan la Asamblea General de
Accionistas y la Junta
Directiva.
El
Presidente y los Vicepresidentes se reúnen una vez cada quince días, en Comité
Directivo, para analizar el desempeño de la Compañía, evaluar nuevos proyectos y
hacer seguimiento a los proyectos en curso.
Cuando
haya lugar a Contratos Relevantes que haya suscrito la Compañía con sus Directores,
Administradores, principales ejecutivos, Representantes Legales, o con los
parientes, socios y demás relacionados de cualquiera de ellos, se informarán en
este espacio. En la actualidad no existe ningún contrato de estas
características.
In
charge of the company’s Management are the President and Vice Presidents, who
abide by the guidelines that the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board
of Directors set for them.
The
President and Vice Presidents meet once every two weeks, in a Directive
Committee, to analyze the Company’s performance, evaluate new projects and make
follow-up of projects under way.
Whenever
there are Relevant Contracts that the Company has subscribed with its Directors,
Managers, chief executives, Legal Representatives, or with relatives, partners
and any other persons related with them, whoever they may be, this shall be
informed in this space. At present there is no contract having these
characteristics. |
